Happy Spring!
The New England region has had some
fits and starts this spring but now that we are a little ways out of the gate
on the 2016 growing season, Atlantic Golf & Turf would like to let you know
about some exciting changes that we’ve made.
First off, we have added three top-notch guys to our Sales
Team!
Paul
Jamrog joins the team with over 30 years of experience as a Golf Course
Superintendent on the North Shore of Massachusetts as well as in Western
Massachusetts and Rhode Island before moving into turf and ornamental sales a
few years ago. He is eager to use this experience and knowledge to help you
reach your turf grass goals, whether that’s on a golf course, sports turf or
residential turf. Earlier this spring he received the Distinguished Service Award
from the RIGCSA. Paul’s primary territory is the North Shore and Southern New
Hampshire.
Joe
Arnone comes to AG&T with experience from both sides of the fertilizer
spreader, so to speak. He started in the green industry in 2003 as an assistant
groundskeeper for a Minor League Baseball team in New Haven, Connecticut. Since
then he has worked both on the lawn care and landscape side of the business, as
well as on the turf and ornamental sales side. If you have sports fields or a
lawn care business in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts or Eastern New York,
you want to talk to Joe. And don’t forget to ask him about seed.
The
final addition to our sales team is Rick Howe. Rick is starting his 23rd
year in the golf and turf industry. He started his career path with 4 years as
an assistant superintendent before moving over to the sales side of the
business. You will find him on the road
for AG&T in New Hampshire and Maine.
All of
us at Atlantic Golf & Turf are really excited to welcome these gentlemen to
our team and we are sure that they are just as excited to get out there and
help our customers grow better grass.

has been completely redesigned! It is still a work in progress but feel free to
take a look around. The contact information for all of our sales force is up
there as well as a range product information. We will to continue to work on
our website in the next few months, our goal being an easy to use and well
organized place for you to find the answers to your turf questions.
Lastly,
it isn’t too far into the season to get your money’s worth out of our Playbooks
Coverage System. If you have a smart phone then chances are pretty good you
have it with you all the time. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to check your
inventory of Tebuconazole the moment you discover that patch of Dollar Spot? Get
